I know–you’re allergic to generic advice.
While this was a rather hilarious response to feedback from AI, it is true.
I’m betting that you are right there with me: When you want to be seen, generic advice just doesn’t cut it.
As an executive function coach, educator, and author with decades of experience supporting thousands of neurodiverse students, professionals, parents, and teams, my work combines positive psychology, brain-based strategy, and deep listening.
That’s my how: I help people try differently—by building tailored systems that work with how people think, feel, learn, and work.
But…What’s my why for helping?
You might not know that I grew up in a chronically, emotionally chaotic home—where achievement became my way to stay visible, and being capable was how I stayed safe. This also drove me to figure out and study what can work when systems are not right for you. (If you’re a parent, this will help you and your kids.)
That in turn shaped how I learned to listen and how I lead: with attunement, clarity, and deep respect for the strengths people carry—even when they can’t name them–yet.
I’ve led in classrooms, trained educators, designed inclusive programs, and coached clients across five continents. I’ve raised my own kids. What unites it all? My belief that no one should have to suffer to succeed—and that motivation, structure, and self-direction are all learnable. I believe learning how to personalize them is the key to sustainable success and wellbeing.
At Learn & Flourish, I don’t help people succeed by fixing them.
I notice what others miss, co-design with this in mind, and help people step into visibility in safety and without apology. And…No generic advice.
